Bath Botanica is located in Columbus, Ohio. We proudly serve clients throughout various venues and spaces in Columbus and neighboring cities. Note: Additional fees may apply for services requested and booked at other venues and spaces. Additionally, travel fees and/or minimum service rates may apply for services booked outside of Columbus.

Does Bath Botanica offer its services outside of Ohio?

Depending on availability, we are open to offering our services outside of Columbus, Ohio. Additional travel fees and/or minimum service rates may apply.

What is the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?

Rescheduling

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved this time exclusively for you and have started preparations for your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50 to reschedule. To avoid this rebooking fee, please provide notice that you would like to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment by emailing us at [email protected].

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to take place and choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please provide a cancellation notice at least 72 hours prior to your appointment by emailing us at [email protected].

No Show

If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the total cost of the service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX for purchases of our gift cards or any of our services. We also offer installment options, such as the Buy Now, Pay Later payment method for our services.
